Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Serving Valencia
A Little About Me & My Journey
I was raised in Santa Clarita and feel incredibly lucky to be able to give back to my community through the work I do as a therapist. After graduating summa cum laude from California State University, I became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with a focus on helping people heal from trauma, PTSD, abuse, neglect, and attachment wounds.
I’ve dedicated over 2,000 volunteer hours to our local community, providing support wherever it’s needed most. As an In-Home Outreach Counselor, I worked closely with the Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Mental Health, Victims of Crime, and other community organizations to offer therapy to those in need.
I’m also a Trauma-Informed Sexual Assault Counselor and have worked alongside agencies like the Los Angeles Police Department, District Attorney’s Office, Center for Assault Treatment Services, and Neighborhood Legal Services to provide treatment, advocacy, and crisis intervention for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and child abuse. My work with at-risk youth and children facing severe emotional challenges has been a particularly meaningful part of my journey.
One of the aspects of my practice I’m most passionate about is Brainspotting Therapy—a cutting-edge, trauma-focused approach that helps people heal from deep emotional wounds like PTSD, abuse, neglect, and attachment trauma. Brainspotting works with your brain’s natural healing processes, so clients can experience profound, lasting change, not just temporary relief.
Ready to Help You
What are you looking for in a therapist? I get that finding the right person to support you through life’s ups and downs is a personal journey. I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, and I’m here to meet you where you are—no matter your gender, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, legal status, age, disability, or religion. The only thing that matters is that you’re ready to heal, and I’m excited to help you get there.
Since opening my practice, I’ve had the privilege of helping people throughout Santa Clarita Valley, including survivors of the Route 91 mass shooting and the Saugus High School shooting. Both of these events shook our community to its core, and it’s been a true honor to provide support and healing to those affected. Trauma can impact anyone, but healing is always possible. Whether you’re working through complex trauma, attachment wounds, or just need a little help navigating life’s challenges, I’m here to guide you through the process.
I aim to make therapy a supportive, safe, and even enjoyable experience—yes, I said enjoyable! Healing doesn’t have to be heavy, and I believe that with the right tools and a little humor, we can tackle even the toughest challenges together.
It’s an honor to work with my hometown, and I’m looking forward to supporting you as you heal, grow, and transform. Let’s work together to get you back on track, no matter where you’re starting from.
